Join us for a Rum tasting with Lesley Quinn from Stella Somm.
Lesley was born and raised in Prince Edward Island, and her first foray into the world of wine was as a Junior Sommelier for the Ritz Carlton, Cayman Islands. Lesley has many years of experience and contains a wealth of knowledge when it comes to wine and spirits.
This event will be more than just Captain Morgan white rum. Lesley will take you through a whole new world of Rum and its origins.
4 Rum tastings paired with a 4 course tasting menu to complement the flavours of the Rum.
On the menu for the night you can expect a range of flavours, such as grilled pineapple cake, steak and Chocolate sauce and a cheese course to start.
